Important additional information and terms applicable to all bookings made with Nova Travels and Tours.

You must not proceed with any booking unless you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Tickets and travel services are issued only after acceptance.

2. Travel Agent Role

Nova Travels and Tours acts solely as a travel agent arranging services on behalf of third-party suppliers. Liability rests with the service providers.

3. Passenger Name Accuracy

Passenger names must exactly match passport details. Amendments may result in fees or cancellation.

4. Price Flexibility

All fares are subject to availability and may change before ticket issuance.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Taxes & Charges

Government, airport, and airline taxes are payable by passengers and may be charged locally.

7. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

Passengers are responsible for valid documentation, visas, and health requirements. Entry may be denied for non-compliance.

8. Credit Card Transactions

Chargebacks must be pursued with service providers. Any chargeback against Nova Travels and Tours may incur recovery costs.

9. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Nova Travels and Tours is not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by external factors.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
